Thanks so much for your visit to our building today. Mr. Locks really did a fabulous job with the installation – they were very fast, responsive and easy to work with. We are excited about the new system. I also appreciate that you are looking into the camera delay issue. I’m sure we are not the only building with the same question (or won’t be in the future!).
Please tell your colleague from Germany that we appreciate that he is sending new “cheat sheets” and labels for the intercoms. This will help a lot. If there are any corrections he wants to make to what we’ve done, please do so – and any additions he would suggest, such as a sentence on how to change volume and ring tone, would also be welcome.

Since implementing your surveillance system, we have been able to monitor live activity at the building, "clean sweep" the building of problem tenants, control / deter vandalism, and monitored illegal subletting. Additionally, the local Police Dept was able to monitor the building from a remote location. Your staff was accountable, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. I want to take this time to personally thank you and your technicians for the work Mr. Locks did at HELP Haven. Everyone is very pleased with the upgrade to the security system your company installed, especially the flat screen CCTV.
Please know I should be overnighting the balance check to you on Thursday morning, so you should have it by Friday morning.
I am also signing off on the proposal for installation of a camera ion the second floor so in a couple of weeks, we should be ready to go on that job.

Good day Mr. Shiah.
Your guys did excellent work here at the Help Haven site. We really would like to continue the relationship. We asked for a proposal to install a camera in one of our second floor apartments. Would it be possible to use our existing equipment for the second floor apartment? What I mean is your guys removed cameras from about the facility that are still functional. Due to our monetary constraints is it possible to install one of the removed cameras in the unit and hook it up in the safety office. We would also like to know if there is any way to link the monitor from the front desk to my office for possible future viewing in privacy should we have to closely analyze an event.
